This role is for a Senior Project Manager focused on onboarding new associates within Oracle's Health Federal Consulting team. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns
  3. Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps
  4. Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays
  5. Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management or onboarding coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success driving projects independently and managing competing priorities
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance

Nice to have

  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Experience onboarding associates in highly regulated environments
  • Strong business judgment and comfort with ambiguity
  • Proven track record of using data and metrics to drive process improvements
