This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on technology rationalization and renewals within an enterprise environment. The primary responsibility is to drive efforts to evaluate, rationalize, and govern application and vendor choices to align technology investments with business priorities, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and security. The role involves strategic leadership, application rationalization, vendor strategy, governance, and supporting digital business operations. It requires extensive experience in program management, consulting, business operations, technology strategy, or IT portfolio management, with a strong understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS ecosystems, and procurement models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the enterprise application rationalization program, including roadmap, operating model, and success metrics in partnership with the Architecture team
  2. Lead end-to-end program to assess existing applications, identify redundancies, risks, and opportunities for consolidation or modernization.
  3. Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business strategy and operating priorities.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a framework for evaluating applications across value, cost, usage, risk, and strategic fit.
  5. Design and operationalize the Technology Standards Committee, and any additional governance forums required to drive decisions.
