Skills

  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent
  • Experience leading enterprise consulting or professional services sales teams with full P&L accountability and revenue target ownership
  • Track record of building and scaling go-to-market organizations from the ground up in a services or consulting business environment
  • Proven ability to coach and develop Account Executives and pre-sales technical resources to drive solution-led selling motions
  • Strong operational rigor in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics to mitigate risk and optimize sales outcomes
