Senior Public Sector Field Operations Analyst

Seeking a Field Operations Analyst to support the U.S. Public Sector business, focusing on driving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth. This role requires strong sales operations experience, forecasting, and pipeline management skills, with a focus on long-cycle, compliance-driven deals in regulated environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Public Sector business cadence: Partner with Federal and SLED Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
  2. Forecasting & pipeline rigor: Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across long-cycle, compliance-driven deals (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4/IL5)
  3. Operational analytics: Analyze pipeline, bookings, and conversion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities across Public Sector segments
  4. Salesforce ownership: Maintain data integrity and hygiene within SFDC, ensuring accurate reporting across complex account structures (agencies, primes, DIB)
  5. KPI & dashboard development: Partner with GTM Analytics to build reporting for pipeline health, coverage ratios, and segment performance
