What you'd actually do

  1. Define, own, and sign off on the complete validation strategy for real-time interaction systems, input handling, and complex UI, setting key metrics and determining release readiness.
  2. Architect and implement high-level automation solutions for mission-critical end-to-end interaction flows, driving the evolution of the testing framework for scalability and reliability.
  3. Lead and direct cross-platform validation efforts (mobile, console, desktop, VR, Web, TV), independently resolving systemic defects.
  4. Consult with engineering on design implications and technical solutions, applying your insights to influence the development of interactivity features and shared automation tools (Arrow, Apollo, UTP).
  5. Lead offshore members, scaling test strategy, scripting practices, and automation quality across the organization while establishing the standards for all test documentation.
