Senior Qualitative Ux Researcher

Suno Suno · Multimodal · San Francisco, CA · Product

Suno is a fast-growing consumer entertainment company and a leader in AI music, seeking a Senior Qualitative UX Researcher to focus on their power user and pro creator experience. The role involves understanding how musicians and serious creators use Suno, their engagement, and unmet needs, working closely with PMs, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into product decisions. The researcher will lead end-to-end qualitative research, develop surveys, and deliver insights at the pace of the product team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end qualitative research — interviews, usability tests, diary studies — across mobile, web, and platform experiences
  2. Develop and deploy surveys that complement qualitative findings and provide lightweight validation for hypotheses
  3. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope research, identify learning goals, and quickly synthesize findings into actionable insights
  4. Deliver research at the speed of the product team, not on a separate research timeline
  5. Advocate for the user across all touchpoints — from onboarding to creator tools to content discovery
