Senior Quantitative UX Researcher responsible for uncovering user insights by integrating attitudinal and behavioral data, designing and executing research to connect what users do with why they do it, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for direct-to-consumer products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own UX measurement through surveys, including designing and running large‑scale tracking to understand the user experience over time
  2. Translate survey data into clear insights, identifying what drives user behavior and outcomes like engagement, retention, and conversion
  3. Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to connect user feedback with product decisions and provide context to behavioral data
  4. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, helping teams understand what matters most to users and where to focus
  5. Prioritize and manage research in fast‑moving environments, delivering directional insights that unlock decisions

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
  • D2C experience researching touchpoints in the acquisition and conversion funnel
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in support of product development
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software

Nice to have

  • BA Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude

  • Experience working in digital news or a strong interest in news
