Senior Radar Systems Engineer role at RTX, focusing on the full lifecycle of radar systems from concept to deployment. Experience with radar system design, signal processing, and digital engineering tools is preferred. Requires an active DoD Secret security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Core Systems Engineering: Develop system requirements, radar software requirements, radar processing algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
  2. Concept Development: Develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) for radar systems in support of mission needs.
  3. Radar Algorithm & Analysis: Perform radar processing algorithm development and conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
  4. Analysis Tool Development: Develop analysis tools to support problem identification, troubleshooting, and system performance evaluation.
  5. Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
