They are looking for a Senior Generalist Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring leaders, and attracting top talent in a fast-moving environment. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, aligning on requirements, market insights, and hiring strategy
  2. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  3. Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, community engagement, and local market mapping
  4. Conduct interviews, provide timely feedback, and lead compensation discussions aligned to the Israeli market
  5. Design and optimize interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows
