What you'd actually do

  1. You will lead the implementation of a short- and long-term hiring plan for complex organizations, areas, or talent pools. You’ll also use a compelling message to differentiate Microsoft’s unique career possibilities.
  2. By owning the entire candidate experience, you’ll prepare them for the next phase of the hiring process while proactively identifying factors that may adversely affect them. You’ll also create an innovative sourcing strategy, including ways to generate differentiated talent for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.
  3. You will manage the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while identifying best practices for both. You’ll also maintain candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate systems, and lead the optimization of staffing policies throughout the organization.
  4. You will move high-level candidates through the hiring process while ensuring their needs are met and driving solutions that balance the client’s needs. You’ll also present businesses with broad talent gaps and hiring needs, and market and channel insights to drive hiring plans.
