Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales roles, shaping hiring strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and building talent pipelines for a Series C AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies.
  3. Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms.
  4. Build and maintain talent mapping and pipelines for key roles and future needs.
  5. Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align on talent strategies, role design, and market insights.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record recruiting across technical and/or non-technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with founders, hiring managers, and executives to shape and influence hiring strategy.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a knack for identifying top talent.
  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining high quality standards and thoughtful candidate experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling talent teams or organizations in startup or hypergrowth environments.
  • Familiarity with compensation structures and equity benchmarking in early-stage startups.
  • Experience with Talent Operations to implement and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, and leveraging them for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
