Senior Recruiter, Futureforce Amer

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · San Francisco, Illinois - Chicago, Georgia - Atlanta, Washington - Seattle, Indiana - Indianapolis, CA

Senior Technical Recruiter for Salesforce's Futureforce AMER team, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product organizations, including AI/ML Research roles. The role involves strategic partnerships with senior leaders, university relations, and managing offer processes. Requires experience with technical recruiting, AI tools, and high-volume pipelines. Familiarity with regulated industries is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles in AMER, including summer interns, intern conversions, and external new graduates, while serving as the dedicated recruiting owner for assigned university partnerships — building relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations and executing on-campus and virtual hiring events
  2. Partner with SVP and VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategy, define candidate profiles, and develop org-level intern and new graduate pipelines, including managing competitive offer processes and navigating visa sponsorship (J-1, Optional Practical Training/Curricular Practical Training, and H-1B) in partnership with Global Mobility
  3. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hiring scenarios across Futureforce, industry recruiting, and internal recruiting ownership boundaries, and serve as a process resource for your team on Futureforce policies, system workflows, approved hiring hubs, and intern program guidelines
  4. Share market intelligence and process improvements with the broader Futureforce team, and support specialty programs by developing and presenting enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams
