Senior Recruiter role focused on hiring for Product and Data Science teams, including AI/ML specialists. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and advising leadership on talent acquisition strategies within a high-growth SaaS environment. This is not an AI building role, but a recruiting role at an AI-focused company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own high-impact hiring, end-to-end
  2. Build and execute smart, multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to Product and Data Science talent
  3. Partner as a talent advisor to Socure leaders, providing clear insights, updates, and recommendations to shape expectations and decision making
  4. Elevate the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders, providing best-in-industry communication
  5. Maintain and operate our TA systems with rigor, maintaining clean and accurate data across searches and stages.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong focus on technical hiring
  • Proven success hiring senior and staff-level Product Managers and/or Data Scientists
  • Experience partnering directly with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
  • Strong sourcing fundamentals
  • Track record of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously
  • Comfort using data and analytics to guide decisions
  • Ability to push back thoughtfully
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability
  • Mindset of ownership, continuous improvement, and team contribution
