This role is for a Senior Recruiter focused on Sales, Business Development, and Client Services hiring for The Trade Desk, a global technology company in digital advertising. The contract position requires full-cycle recruitment, internal mobility support, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in AdTech or Digital Media, with a proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments and support internal hiring processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview management, feedback, and offers across a high volume of roles
  2. Become a subject matter expert in internal mobility, ensuring consistent, fair, and well-communicated processes for internal applicants
  3. Influence and advise Hiring Managers on interview best practices, decision-making, and hiring strategy
  4. Maintain high data integrity within our ATS and ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
