Senior Renewals Specialist

This role focuses on driving renewals, retention, and expansion for UiPath's enterprise customer accounts. The Senior Renewals Specialist will manage the end-to-end renewal process, identify risks, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customers realize value from the UiPath platform, including its AI and automation capabilities. The role requires experience in B2B SaaS renewals and a strong understanding of SaaS business models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customer accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates.
  2. Retain and grow subscription revenue by identifying renewal risks, resolving commercial blockers, and positioning relevant UiPath packaging, pricing, and platform expansion opportunities.
  3. Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90-180 days ahead of expiration.
  4. Manage renewal quotes, proposals, order forms, contract terms, procurement discussions, and internal approvals.
  5. Provide strategic renewal portfolio insights by analyzing renewals up to eight quarters in advance, identifying revenue trends, churn risks, timing considerations, and expansion opportunities to support proactive account planning and forecast accuracy.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, revenue operations, or commercial account ownership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • 2+ years managing enterprise or strategic customer renewals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS renewal motions, ARR, GRR/NRR, churn risk, expansion pipeline, procurement cycles, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio
