This role is for a Senior Researcher focused on product insights and evaluating new company bets. The researcher will define, lead, and execute research studies to inform product strategies and partner with cross-functional teams. The role requires experience in mixed-method research and translating findings into strategic recommendations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, prioritize, lead, and execute on research roadmaps that generate insights to inform product strategies across the company.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams at the intersection of Product and Content, including Product Innovation, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, and Communications to proactively develop research initiatives.
  3. Define, design, execute, and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences around the world.
  4. Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research
  • designing and leading end-to-end mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) research studies
