Senior Revenue Operations Manager

This role focuses on scaling AI-native operating workflows within the go-to-market organization, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to improve process execution and drive organizational alignment. The primary responsibility is to design and scale AI-native workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making, while also identifying operational pain points and translating them into process, tooling, and reporting improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across the GTM organization, from problem definition through execution and rollout
  2. Improve core revenue processes and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Systems
  3. Design and scale AI-native workflows that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and accelerate decision-making
  4. Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into process, tooling, and reporting improvements
  5. Work closely with Business Systems and data teams to operationalize automation and improve workflow efficiency across the revenue engine

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and driving results across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong program management skills and the ability to keep work moving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to identify issues, inform decisions, and measure impact
  • Experience improving business processes and translating operational needs into scalable workflows and systems changes
  • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise technology, hardware, SaaS, or other complex B2B go-to-market environments
  • Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools, automation platforms, and modern RevOps tooling
