Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior RF Integration Engineer for their Electronic Warfare division. The role involves creating and maintaining electrical system test strategies, characterizing wireless communication systems, analyzing failures, and performing integration testing of RF and digital hardware, firmware, and software. Responsibilities include facilitating system performance testing, developing test equipment, supporting field testing, reproducing failures through data analysis, and automating tests. The role requires 8+ years of experience in hardware/software/system validation, a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, proficiency with test equipment and Linux, and programming skills in Python or Matlab for automation and data analysis. A U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril Electronics Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products.
  2. Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
  3. Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system level testing.
  4. Integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
  5. Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and / or system validation and verification testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Skilled with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
  • Familiar with Linux applications like command line (terminal) interface, creating and executing shell scripts, debug utilities, and general file system navigation.
  • Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab to perform data parsing, data analysis, and test automation.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
