Senior Rfx Automation Manager

This role focuses on automating and improving the RFx response process within AWS by leveraging AI/ML tools, generative AI, and agentic AI. The Senior RFx Automation Manager will own the intersection of process, data, content, and automation, building scalable, self-service tools and mechanisms to eliminate manual orchestration. Key responsibilities include scaling self-service capabilities, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, building data pipelines, identifying automation opportunities, and managing content architecture. The role requires strong program management, data fluency, business analysis, and content strategy skills, with an emphasis on building programmatic solutions and leveraging emerging technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Scale self-service capabilities so sellers can generate compliant responses independently
  2. Own and improve the end-to-end RFx response process, including intake, prioritization, cross-team coordination, and delivery
  3. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inform prioritization, and measure the impact of automation and process changes
  4. Build and maintain data pipelines or integrations connecting content repositories, CRM, and response tools
  5. Identify manual processes ripe for automation; design and build (or partner with engineering to build) programmatic solutions

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, content strategy, or business operations
  • 3+ years working with data to drive decisions: building reports/dashboards, querying data (SQL or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with cloud/technology sales motions or the ability to ramp quickly into the AWS sales ecosystem
  • Experience managing ambiguity, including adapting to evolving AI capabilities, shifting priorities, and making informed decisions in a rapidly changing technology landscape

Nice to have

  • Experience building solutions with AI-assisted or agentic AI tools (e.g., AWS Bedrock, or equivalent platforms)
  • Experience with content or data management systems
  • Experience in driving complex large-scale content projects end to end independently and by collaborating with other teams
