What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, including data validation, calculation, and payout delivery
  2. Administer compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan logic
  3. Ensure integrity of compensation data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and reporting tools
  4. Support compensation plan design through modeling, scenario analysis, and impact assessment
  5. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale compensation workflows

Skills

Required

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales compensation, RevOps, Finance, or a related analytical role
  • Proven experience owning compensation administration at scale in a high-growth environment
  • Strong proficiency in CaptivateIQ (or similar tools like Xactly/Spiff)
  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, modeling, data manipulation)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and data structures
  • High level of business and data fluency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cycles without sacrificing quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
  • Ability to translate complex compensation logic into clear, understandable explanations

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
