This role is for a Senior Sales Director at Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling Crusoe Cloud services to AI-native startups and enterprise AI organizations. The role involves leading complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, and shaping go-to-market strategy. What you'd actually do

  1. Own Strategic Revenue: Lead multi-million-dollar sales opportunities across AI-native startups and enterprise AI organizations.
  2. Run Complex Sales Cycles: Navigate technical, financial, and executive stakeholders to close long-term infrastructure deals.
  3. Build Executive Relationships: Partner with CTOs, AI leaders, and founders to support their training and inference roadmaps.
  4. Shape GTM Strategy: Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and product direction to inform Crusoe’s growth strategy.
  5. Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Cloud teams to deliver scalable AI infrastructure solutions.
