What you'd actually do

  1. Drive new business acquisition across the Nordics by identifying and winning over strategic partners, focusing on the unique needs of grocery franchisees and retailers.
  2. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from cold calls to complex negotiations—in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and information is often imperfect.
  3. Move beyond transactional selling to act as a strategic consultant, designing custom proposals that solve tangible business challenges for our merchants.
  4. Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to clear roadblocks and ensure your deals actually scale once the contract is signed.
  5. Take full accountability for your pipeline, maintaining discipline and urgency even when deals take months of persistence and trust-building.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and a history of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a consultative approach to building B2B relationships.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the grocery or retail sector, with a deep understanding of the Swedish and Nordic markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines with precision.
