What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, train, and lead a team of top-of-industry Client Partners and Client Account Managers
  2. Build and expand your organization in smart and profitable ways
  3. Drive your team to exceed established revenue targets
  4. Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning
  5. Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and further establish Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands
