Senior Sales Manager - Netsuite

This role leads a sales team for Oracle NetSuite's products in Australia, focusing on wholesale, retail, and manufacturing customers. The primary responsibilities include driving new business growth, managing sales execution, pipeline quality, forecasting, and developing a high-performing sales team. The role involves positioning NetSuite's ERP, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities against customer business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Oracle NetSuite's Products Sales Team across Australia, with accountability for one of the company's largest and highest-contributing sales teams.
  2. Own new business ARR performance, ensuring the team executes with pace, focus and discipline to deliver against budget.
  3. Build a repeatable and scalable sales business by targeting key ICP segments across wholesale, retail and manufacturing.
  4. Drive consistent pipeline generation, pipeline quality, territory execution and coverage required to support revenue targets.
  5. Improve forecast accuracy through disciplined operating cadence, deal inspection and clear visibility across risk, upside and commit.
