Senior Sales Operations Analyst

This role supports the sales team by driving efficiency in the sales process, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and project management. The analyst will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, leveraging knowledge of sales data and processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and process within a growing SaaS/Fintech company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze and advise on improvements in the sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  2. Manage and improve processes within the sales technology tool stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc.)
  3. Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Salesforce development teams to build and evolve processes to improve sales productivity
  4. Partner with our Revenue BI team to develop resources to track key performance indicators and sales health metrics (productivity, sales cycle, pipeline generation, conversion rates, etc.)
  5. Proactively initiate and own cross-functional projects end-to-end to create efficiencies in the sales process and improve data quality

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in an Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role
  • Salesforce and MS Excel mastery
  • Data mindset with demonstrated aptitude for complex data analysis and passion for data backed decision making
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks work within deadlines and manage stakeholders
  • BS/BA in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
