This role is for a Senior Sales Operations Manager in Singapore, focusing on analytics, processes, and reporting for customer-facing GTM teams to achieve pipeline and ARR targets. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive operational excellence across pipeline management and sales forecasting
  2. Partner with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and drive sales productivity improvements
  3. Establish monitoring for top accounts including key account engagement, customer health and adoption
  4. Own regional lead routing rules, lead scoring enhancements and campaign attribution
  5. Own territory management and alignment for and across PAM, PSS, BDR, SA and CSM
