What you'd actually do

  1. Interpret, self-direct, and prioritize execution of incoming requests for analysis projects.
  2. Conduct analyses, develop conclusions & communicate recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  3. Create, monitor, support and oversee reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
  4. Own key commercial operations initiatives including compensation, quota, business planning, reporting, territory design and other projects.
  5. Partner with different stakeholders to build and streamline commercial operations processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field or demonstrated relevant experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize work effectively and independently
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to generate conclusions from analyses to drive decisions and able to communicate those to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Able to understand and clarify ambiguous stakeholder requests
  • Able to solve complex problems with strong intellectual curiosity

Nice to have

  • MBA is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently read in data, analyze, and present data using Python, R, or SQL a plus
  • Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is preferred
