What you'd actually do

  1. Run the Commercial Cadence: Own forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive business reviews, ensuring each is grounded in clean, actionable insights.
  2. Improve Systems & Processes at Scale: Lead enhancements to Salesforce workflows and sales processes, reducing friction and building infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
  3. Be the Analytical Backbone: Build predictive models, analyze performance trends, and surface insights that shape GTM strategy and resource allocation.
  4. Partner Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Strategy, and other teams to align on priorities and translate business needs into operational solutions.
  5. Lead Strategic Projects: Drive high‑impact initiatives across segments and territories, combining deep analysis with structured execution to unlock new growth opportunities.
