This role is for a Senior Sales Operations Manager at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead GTM Planning: Partner with Sales Management on annual and quarterly planning, including customer segmentation, territory design, and quota deployment.
  2. Drive Actionable Insights: Deliver weekly operations reports and sales forecasts, translating complex data into insights that increase GTM effectiveness.
  3. Own Sales Analytics: Track and analyze sales process KPIs while developing new reporting tools from multiple data sources to support ad hoc analytics.
  4. Execute Strategic Projects: Manage high-impact projects designed to drive operational efficiency across the global sales organization.
  5. Optimize Sales Enablement: Train teams on the effective use of sales tools (CRM) and collaborate on enhancements to our sales process and tech stack.

Skills

Required

  • At least 4 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to move beyond reporting to generate "insight-ready" business recommendations.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable solutions independently.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders with diverse interests.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Deep proficiency in MS Excel and experience with BI tools like Looker or Salesforce dashboarding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a critical-thinking field such as Economics, Finance, or Operations.
