What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the execution of operating model (incl. the governance and operations meetings and processes we use to run account) both internally and with the client.
  2. Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments.
  3. Monitor, track and report on business performance scorecard metrics.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy).
  5. Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.
