Salesforce is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Go-To-Market (GTM) sales and technical roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring senior professionals, partnering with hiring managers and other departments, and contributing to recruiting programs and strategies. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales hiring, strong client focus, and excellent analytical and consulting skills. Salesforce utilizes AI tools in its recruiting process.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sourcing, recruiting and hiring senior sales and technical professionals (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles
  2. Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start
  3. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
  4. Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  5. Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, BUs) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
