Senior Sales Trainer & Coach for AWS, responsible for delivering executive foundation training, deal coaching, and Generative AI enablement. Develops and executes global sales training curriculum strategy, requiring program development expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.

What you'd actually do

  1. delivering and facilitating Executive Foundation training, deal coaching, Generative AI enablement, and other worldwide sales training programs
  2. developing and executing AWS' global curriculum strategy that aligns with customer needs and business outcomes
  3. delivering trainings for 1-2 weeks/month, travel within Asia Pacific and Worldwide according to the projects that are running, and coaching Sales or Sales Managers when necessary

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience training, developing and managing education programs
  • Few years of Sales experience with a strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions and have engaged multiple CXOs
  • Native Japanese language skills and fluent English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, writing skills, and a desire to coach others
