Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel

This role focuses on administering, optimizing, and scaling Salesforce and a PRM tool for channel partnerships, with a strong emphasis on partner attribution, performance tracking, and data integrity. The goal is to streamline channel business processes and support partner operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and a PRM using Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools to support partner lifecycle management.
  2. Configure and optimize partner portal experiences, partner account hierarchies, deal registration processes, and partner user management.
  3. Build and maintain systems for accurate partner attribution across the opportunity lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking of partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals for commission calculation and performance reporting.
  4. Monitor and maintain data integrity for partner accounts, opportunities, and activities; execute regular data audits and manage updates across partner systems.
  5. Manage platform releases, assess impact on partner-facing functionality, and perform ongoing system performance improvements.
