Senior Salesforce Business Analyst role focused on supporting sales organizations by aligning processes, safeguarding data integrity, building analysis and reporting capabilities, and translating business needs into user stories for Salesforce and related systems. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Sales Ops, Product & Engineering teams to improve sales operations and drive data-informed decisions through performance analysis and reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Agent Sales teams to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and turn them into clear Salesforce requirements.
  2. Lead discovery activities—such as stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and requirements workshops—to inform Salesforce and related system design.
  3. Translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
  4. Plan and execute structured QA/UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements, ensuring solutions work as intended for Frontline users.
  5. Analyze sales performance and pipeline data, build and refine dashboards and reports, and track post-deployment KPIs, impact, and ROI to guide data-informed decisions.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role supporting sales organizations.
  • Salesforce experience
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and concepts
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • Salesforce administrator experience
  • exposure to system integrations, workflows, and automations
  • strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • experience supporting multiple sales teams or lines of business
  • prior direct sales experience
  • Skilled at synthesizing multiple viewpoints, advocating for each side, and embracing a “disagree and commit” mentality
