Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. Focuses on Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including custom development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs, as well as integrations with various business tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and core platform services
  2. Design, develop, and support Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions, including advanced pricing, product modeling, and revenue orchestration
  3. Deliver complex Salesforce initiatives from technical design through production deployment
  4. Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
  5. Own and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quote‑to‑Cash (QTC) processes, including pricing, approvals, renewals, and amendments

Skills

Required

  • 7-8 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce development expertise (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud)
  • Strong ownership and business understanding
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
  • Experience with custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with RCA components such as Product Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, and Discounting frameworks
  • Experience with RCA-driven Quote, Order, and Revenue flows
  • Experience implementing and optimizing advanced pricing rules, eligibility logic, and pricing waterfalls using RCA capabilities
  • Experience supporting RCA data models and APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building and supporting integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems using APIs, platform events, middleware, and asynchronous patterns
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues impacting automation, integrations, data quality, performance, and platform limits
  • Experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SOQL queries
  • Experience designing and implementing secure REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and integrations with external systems
  • Experience collaborating with business, QA, architecture, and operations teams
  • Experience ensuring Salesforce configurations align with security, access control, and data governance standards
  • Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipeline activities, release management, and deployments
  • Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs related to platform health, delivery quality, and business outcomes
  • Experience driving user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives
  • Experience reducing technical debt by refactoring legacy automation and improving system consistency
  • Experience staying current with Salesforce technologies, releases, and best practices
  • Experience fostering a high-performance, collaborative engineering environment
  • Experience acting as a technical mentor and thought partner
  • Experience executing complex Salesforce deployments using change sets and established release management practices
