This role is for a Senior Product Analyst on the Sales & Partners Technology team at Okta, focusing on empowering Okta's global ecosystem of channel partners. The role involves gathering requirements, collaborating on solution design, managing system integrations (especially with Salesforce and Okta's Partner Portal), configuring workflows, ensuring data integrity, creating reports, and performing quality assurance for partner-facing tools and systems. The goal is to enhance user experience and operational success for partners, thereby boosting channel revenue.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the Global Partner Program and Strategy team, Partner Operations team to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories.
  2. Collaborate with developers and administrators to facilitate design, configure, and enhance digital interfaces, self-service tools, and solutions that empower the partner sales ecosystem.
  3. Partner extensively with Global Partner Program and Strategy and Partner Ops teams to design and enhance platforms that support Direct and Channel Sales teams.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to own OOTB configurations & integrations between Salesforce, Okta’s Partner Portal, partner portal tenant, and other cross-functional downstream systems to ensure a seamless data flow (ex.partner account and contact, accreditation and certification, partner badges, program benefit administration, and partner program performance, etc.).
  5. Manage and configure integrations between Salesforce, Okta Partner Portal, and downstream systems to maintain seamless data synchronization. Serve as the functional lead for automating workflows related to partner accounts, certifications, deal registration, and pipeline visibility.
