This role is for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst focused on scaling internal systems with a focus on security and reliability, leveraging deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud. The analyst will partner with GTM teams to uncover data-driven efficiencies and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. While the company is focused on AI, this specific role is not directly building AI models but rather analyzing how AI solutions can enhance analytical workflows and data insights within their Salesforce ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with GTM teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies.
  2. Your work will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive operational success.
  3. Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations.
  4. Deliver Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce.com platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of enhancements and strategic projects.
  5. Partner with different functions such as Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
