What you'd actually do

  1. You support validation and lifecycle management of filling processes, equipment, and control strategies to ensure robust and compliant commercial supply.
  2. You act as TS/MS representative for the Formulation & Filling Process Team, addressing complex process issues in a structured manner and escalating as appropriate. Responsibilities include process validation, routine monitoring, investigations, change control, and preparation and review of technical documentation.
  3. You collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, support inspections and audits, and ensure processes, procedures, and batch documentation are accurate, executable, and compliant with GMP and regulatory expectations.

Skills

Required

  • Degree/qualifying certifications/training/experience: Engineer, pharmacist, or equivalent with professional experience (at least 5 years) in the industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP Operation skills
  • Good knowledge of document and project management.
  • German and basic English knowledge.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Alzey (not hybrid, not remote)
