Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in training development and/or conducting training on high-tech systems

Nice to have

  • Experience in radar systems, system requirements, and/or system test
  • Demonstrated understanding of program Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics), Change Notices (CNs)/Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical manuals, and tool catalogs
  • Performed as a technical lead for Training and Graphics illustration teams
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system
  • Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc.), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and certified BOE certification
