Senior Service and Reverse Logistics Transformation Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Repair Supply Chain Engineer to drive transformational evolution of their Service and Repair processes, systems, and tools. The role involves enhancing supply chain performance, enabling scalability and growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Key responsibilities include transforming the operating model to be predictive and proactive, improving business processes, developing KPIs, standardizing systems, and digitizing operations. The role requires experience in service supply chain, repair, refurbishment, semiconductor manufacturing, and data-driven decision-making. Experience developing algorithms and models for supply chain optimization is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Transform our Service Supply Chain operating model to become predictive and proactive driving increased levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Drive incremental performance in our business processes, systems, and tools to enable operational efficiency, visibility, and prompt business decisions.
  3. Develop and mature how we track and measure our success via level 1-3 KPIs.
  4. Standardize business processes, systems, and tools to mirror mass production operations business operating model across our global partner ecosystem.
  5. Innovate and build industry best solutions aimed at operational efficiency, speed, and scale.

Skills

Required

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain, with equivalent experience considered
  • 8+ overall years of hands-on operations experience managing technology.
  • Service Supply Chain, repair, refurbishment, or production environments.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA board systems, Data Center manufacturing, and related engineering environments.
  • Established record of managing daily factory performance, tracking critical metrics, and ensuring vendor accountability.
  • Strong understanding of OEM server, PCBA, and system test processes.
  • Experience working with manufacturing shop floor control, manufacturing assembly and test, as well as business systems.
  • Experience implementing process improvements, capacity planning, and inventory control systems at repair or manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience in data governance, digitization, advanced analytics and dashboarding to drive operational improvements.
  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of driving innovative solution and operational improvements with contract manufacturing, repair/service partners, and warehouse partners.
  • 3-5 years of management/leadership experience in reverse logistics or repair operations, including leading multiple sites and vendors (domestic and international).
  • Proven capability to lead multi-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement) and achieve measurable performance gains.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a multifaceted matrixed environment.
  • Develop algorithms and models for supply chain optimization.
