Senior Service & Repair Planner for Johnson & Johnson's Surgical Robotics Supply Chain. This role is responsible for end-to-end FRU and Spare Parts planning, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Service/Repair, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and R&D to ensure high customer service levels and meet business targets. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/MRP proficiency, and experience in supply chain planning, particularly in service operations and repair planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deploy servicing/repair planning and inventory management processes and tools to manage capital and re-usable consumables on-site, FSLs, Trunk, including Global.
  2. Partner with service & repair to ensure appropriate inventory and customer service targets.
  3. Generate forecasts by maintaining and updating the FRU Model as required.
  4. Maintain Material Master data for service-related items.
  5. Process and manage Field Service Engineer (FSE) Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) requests and orders.
