Senior Services Executive

This role is for a Senior Services Executive at Workday, a company that offers an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. The role focuses on business development activities for Professional Services, working with account teams to drive subscription sales, engage with customers on deployment strategies, and manage sales processes including proposals and contracts. What you'd actually do

  1. Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our Professional Services deployment methodology and packaged service offerings
  2. Work with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers to determine Services Strategy for customer base accounts.
  3. Present Workday's Customer Experience overview (full portfolio of service offerings) and conduct services discovery sessions.
  4. Create and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.
  5. Nurture mutually helpful relationships with Workday Service Partners.

Skills

Required

  • Professional Services sales experience
  • Managing complex services sales cycles
  • Consulting and project delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge of vendors, products, and services in the ERP application space
  • Great presentation skills
  • Fluent Japanese and business English
