The Salesforce Effectiveness Manager (SFE Manager) is a strategic business partner to Commercial Leadership, responsible for optimizing Go-to-Market (GTM) models, field force productivity, and incentive effectiveness through advanced analytics and data-driven insights within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce performance management framework, including KPI definition, governance, interpretation, and action tracking
  2. Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for BU Heads and Sales Leadership
  3. Lead quarterly performance deep‑dives (root‑cause analysis, productivity drivers, ROI of sales activities.)
  4. Design and govern fair, compliant, and motivating incentive schemes aligned with GTM strategy and local market dynamics
  5. Lead customer segmentation, prioritization, and call planning logic across channels (face‑to‑face, remote, digital)
