This role is for a Senior Social Media Strategist at an AI Customer Service company. The primary focus is to elevate the company's organic social presence, translate product launches into social impact, and enable employee/executive activation. The role involves strategic planning, content creation, cross-functional collaboration, and experimentation with social media tactics, including the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is social-native, understands tech culture (especially AI), is a strong writer, and is comfortable using AI to streamline their work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve the strategy for Intercom and Fin’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and more.
  2. Partner with GTM workstream leads to translate their launches, ideas, and insights into social activations that earn reach and attention.
  3. Enable our executive team and employees to build meaningful influence, creating playbooks, toolkits, and working directly with them on their content.
  4. Collaborate with our SMM on proactive and reactive engagement, from daily comments to orchestrated mindshare plays.
  5. Run campaigns and moments, building and executing multi-post social plans that elevate our biggest launches and announcements.
