Amazon Amazon · Big Tech · Seattle, WA · Software Development

Senior Software Development Engineer role focused on building agentic AI solutions for automating the lifecycle of AWS resource type onboarding. The role involves designing and building AI agent orchestration systems, working with large-scale distributed systems, and reasoning about AWS service APIs to automate tasks with minimal human intervention.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and operate high-scale, highly available distributed services that extend AWS Config.
  2. Design and build AI agent orchestration systems that automate resource type onboarding at scale
  3. Own solutions across the full lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and support.
  4. Own operational excellence for agentic workflows - monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms
  5. Mentor and guide junior engineers through design reviews and constructive, rigorous code reviews.
