What you'd actually do

  1. Lead design and implementation of AI-powered security automation, including intelligent incident response and natural language-driven security workflows.
  2. Mentor and develop engineers on the team. Raise the technical bar through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on guidance.
  3. Drive operational excellence for services that support 24/7 security operations, including on-call, observability, and incident response.
  4. Partner with security analysts and security engineers to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver tooling that reduces manual toil.
  5. Build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions that consolidate security data sources into actionable metrics and reporting.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
