Senior Software Engineer to design, enhance, and build Visa's HR platform, integrating Generative AI models and tools for production and innovation. The role involves developing custom reports, integrations, and real-time enhancements, while also co-developing features with GenAI agents to increase speed-to-market and code quality. Focus on building high-performance, scalable APIs and ensuring end-to-end accountability for new features.

What you'd actually do

  1. Continuously experiment with Visa’s rich portfolio of Generative AI models (transformers, LLMs, GANs, VAEs, multimodal models) and cutting-edge AI tools for production and innovation.
  2. Deliver new features on a rapid cadence (every few days) with end-to-end accountability.
  3. Build high-performance, scalable APIs integrating with both documented and undocumented banking interfaces.
  4. Co-develop integrations / features side-by-side with GenAI agents to dramatically increase speed-to-market and code quality.
  5. Design, Code, document and implement new applications & as well as existing programs
