  3. Design, build, and support applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
  4. Integrate apps with data sources such as Data verse, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and APIs, implement workflows and automation using Power Automate where needed
  5. Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing solutions

About the Role

The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

• Manage the program’s library of documentation on tools and functions for various tools and integrations, and maintain the document solutions, design decisions, and support processes • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional app designs • Design, build, and support applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps) • Integrate apps with data sources such as Data verse, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and APIs, implement workflows and automation using Power Automate where needed • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing solutions • Ensure applications follow organizational standards for security, governance, and performance • Participate in code reviews and solution reviews with platform or architecture teams

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Proven frontend programming skills with JavaScript, HTML, Azure services • Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python) • Familiarity working with SQL Databases • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical problems succinctly and clearly • Capable problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn • Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Understanding of Power Platform concepts and components
