About The Role
Your responsibility
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership of projects from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Work alongside a team of experienced and talented developers in a CI/CD environment utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, managing the entire development lifecycle.
- Build a shared vision with domain leadership for key product initiatives. Support development by prototyping and collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our products, driving initiatives to enhance code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Our Stack: **React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, and MySQL. We encourage our teams to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product.
Requirements
- Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, developing features end-to-end (client and server)
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack applications
- A high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Previous knowledge and experience with AI tools or integrating AI-driven solutions into products- an advantage
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions
- Great product sense and a passion for building software that provides a great experience
- Focus on quality and simplicity
- Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people)
