Job Description:
**Essential Responsibilities: **
- Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advises immediate management on project-level issues
- Guides junior engineers
- Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
- Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

**• **Design, develop, and maintain platform services and tooling in Go to manage the lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters.
**• **Build and evolve automation for cluster provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and deprecation across hybrid cloud environments.
**• **Improve observability, reliability, and security of the Kubernetes fleet using techniques such as advanced monitoring, policy enforcement, and eBPF‑based insights.
**• **Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across networking, cluster control planes, and workloads, driving root-cause fixes and long-term improvements.
**• **Collaborate with SRE, security, networking, and product teams to define requirements, design interfaces, and deliver platform capabilities that unblock and accelerate developers.
**• **Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions, contributing to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
**• **Write high-quality documentation and runbooks to enable self-service and reduce operational toil for partner teams.
